Originally, we had this house/unit designed and built to meet our own needs and visions - with lots of open space, no small rooms! We used to divide the big living area with furniture: the dining area was separated from the living room section with high bookshelves, and living room from the fireplace corner with lower shelve units. Now we removed the fireplace, and prepared the space for a new one - or you simply use this space for something else. Once you realize how flexibly this home adapts to the varying needs, you will fall in love with it!

The kitchen is now totally renovated, as well, including all equipment! There is still space for a small dining table with 3-4 chairs. The materials and colour scheme was synchronized with the living room area, to create a light, warm, open and carefree atmosphere. 

This is a cozy home!

The upstairs is unique as well, and flexible for various needs:

two open spaces - we used these as bedroom and a small office. The separate bedroom did service as childrens' room - a double bed would be no problem either.  Should you wish more privacy in the open area, just separate it with furniture or light wall solutions.

The toilet upstairs is new  with white shiny tiles covering all walls . Floor tiles grey.

One of the doors leads to a big walk-in closet/storage room - lots of cloth racks and shelves!

The little door in the photo leads to the cold attic.

This separate building  next to the street  is now renewed as well, and can be used as a hobby room/studio/storage or - as originally planned - as garage. Heated space with warm water connection/drainage. Two parking spaces in front, both with electrical sockets.
